Créée en 1996, Horca est une association à but non lucratif, composée uniquement de bénévoles, ayant pour principale passion l'organisation de concerts Punk-HardCore, sur Paris et sa région. Horca a la volonté de contribuer à faire vivre la scène musicale indépendante DIY, militante, politiquement et socialement engagée, en faisant jouer de nombreux groupes issus de la scène punk-hardcore internationale, tels que PROPAGANDHI, GOOD RIDDANCE, STRIKE ANYWHERE, BERRI TXARRAK, SIN DIOS, AVAIL, H2O, BOUNCING SOULS, SNAPCASE, STRUNG OUT, NO USE FOR A NAME, BURNING HEADS, SOZIEDAD ALKOHOLIKA et beaucoup d'autres...
