Bree De Rome.

Bree De Rome is 16 going on 60. Born in 1994 her talent exceeds far beyond her years, trapped in her youthful exterior has already engaged many fans & followers through her soulful melodies.
This old soul hails from the glorious beach town of the Gold Coast where she was born & raised.
Bree always loved music but at the tender age of 10 she decided she wanted to take up dancing… “I was terrible! I am still under the impression that the teacher was just trying to get me out of her class when she suggested singing instead”. So Bree toddled off to her singing lessons & continued singing lesson with various teacher for the next three years, never doing anything her talent till the age of 13 when she decided she would like to participate in her very first country music talent quest. “I was petrified at first, but once I got the taste of it I was never the same!”.
Bree became very successful in these talent quests, gaining lots of friends, fans & knowledge about music.
In 2008 at just 14 she began to study vocals under the very renowned Venetta Fields. Venetta is providing the nurturing & mentorship needed to raise Bree up to become the best artist & vocalist she can be.
In 2008 Bree also graduated from the Tamworth Camerata college program. Later that year she became the 2008 winner of the prestigious Junior Maton Talent Search & then to top off the already triumphant year she was invited to share her voice with the world & support her country through opening the Gold Coast Indy 300 Race.
2009 brought her a year of learning when was accepted to study a Diploma Of Music Performance at the Gold Coast Institute TAFE. Which opened many door for Bree, “this Diploma opened up my ears to many things I hadn’t heard before, music that I was ignorant to. I began to really appreciate music, I realized that good music is good music no matter what genre.”
Bree began to explore genre’s such as jazz, blues, funk, soul, Folk, Country, Electro & a lot of rock & roll.
This year, 2010 Bree’s moving forward at blistering pace, invited to take part in studying a Bachelor Of Popular Music at the Conservatorium Of Music at the unconventional age of just 16 years young (this offer has only been made once before to an equally young student.) There is no doubt that Bree really does have the whole world in front of her.
