"wow, this is teh EP!C, i
"Awesome song...Your band is pretty good. Awesome job."
"This is really REALLY good. I'm really astounded, its been along time since I've heard professional level rock on NG. Everything really sounds great; I love the vocals and guitar riffs, they're really creative and bring this song past just a generic rock song. Drums are also great; I'm a drummer also, and those are some great beats, really add to the song while not being distracting, well done there. Overall the song is really creative and fun to listen (especially the guitar solo), fantastic job"
"The sound quality here is really, really good! The musicians are all talented, the recording is well done, and the mix sounds great on my headphones...I can tell it sounds exactly like it was intended to sound, for which, as a self-produced musician, I give you mad props."
"The sound quality here is really, really good! The musicians are all talented, the recording is well done, and the mix sounds great on my headphones. It's a more serious song than I get into, which isn't a bad thing necessarily. I can tell it sounds exactly like it was intended to sound, for which, as a self-produced musician, I give you mad props."
"Like Its been said before, it sounds very professional. Not really my genre of music, so I can't really give you any tips, but I can still appreciate a good song when I hear it, so keep up the good work!"
"...Technically, it's all good. Every band member is doing his/her job well. It sounds very smooth (maybe a little too smooth)."
"a lot better than the usual stuff you'll find on NG, good song, well written, well performed.
in my opinion, this song deserve a better recording, sometimes on the chorus (around second 38 to58) there is not enough of voice, also i would re-record the clean guitar, sounds very washed out.
i liked the guitar with chorus/rotary speaker effect, also drums sounds good.
as a composition and performance is very good, 5'ed and added to fav's ;)"
ABOUT AMADEUS
I. A Fresh Start
For these four musicians, Rob Shenberger, Gus Cadle, Juden, and Mike Zellner, Amadeus represents musical freedom. All four are veterans of the heavy metal/hard rock scene. They have played their share of shows, recorded their share of projects, and endured their share of hard times.
II. A Vision Enduring
A veteran lead singer, avid student of songwriting, and a student of the universal language of music itself, Rob Shenberger has been in his share of bands. Due to the lack of drive and motivation on the part of the musicians surrounding Rob, those projects fell apart as many do. But the music has endured, and from the ashes, the Pheonix has risen, stronger, and more determined than before...
III. A New Day
Having a deep love of Rob's material, and a drive to help complete what he has started, Gus Cadle has taken the reins of this passion project and breathed new life into the music. He is one of the founders of the colossus Malachi; riff driven, guitar orientated, and a testosterone filled group that made its name playing the local bar scene. Now, having fallen in love with Rob's vision and lyrics, Gus has taken the basics of each song and given it a twist, with a sound originated by the Cadle name, but that of his brother and long-time mentor Larry Cadle. Expounding upon each melody, and adding his own unique brand of solos and fills, he has put his stamp on the music, and gotten it back to where it should be, with Rob and his four good friends.
V. A Man Reborn
Original bassist of Loud/Eye Play Dead, Mike Zellner has come into the Amaedus line-up to complete the band. As co-founder of Loud, and playing as a freelance bassist for Fault Not Taken and A Picture Framed Witness, Mike finally has a place to call home with his best friends. But more than just a hired hand, Mike has cemented his place in the band since joining in early October with his four string intensity and low-end tenacity.
Amadeus means a lot things to its members, but most important is, what will it mean to you? Whether its the trademark harmonies, the seering vocals, the profound lyrics, the unique musicianship, or the overall message of the group itself, for better or worse, you will learn to Break the Cycle when Hard Days Follow.
