About Me

BUY BIG BANG AND HELP RAISE FUNDS TO FIGHT ASBESTOS-RELATED CANCER! We released our 12-track album, Big Bang, in May 2009 to raise funds for the June Hancock Mesothelioma Research Fund. Mesothelioma is an asbestos-related cancer. You can read more here: ww.junehancockfund.org. Please email us through Myspace if you would like to buy Big Bang. Or you can buy one directly from the Global Cafe on London St, Reading. The album costs £10 (+£1.20 for p&p) of which £8 goes to June Hancock MRF. Thanks! Red Hot Bagels started playing klezmer in the garden one lazy afternoon in summer a few years ago, moved on to parties, were invited to play at a wedding or two and now do gigs here and there from Berkshire to Bristol (with the occasional foray into Essex and Oxfordshire)- mostly klezmer with some other eastern European and Balkan music thrown in.
