I grew up in a small town called Crownpoint, not the best place in the world but it's home. It's actually my medicine and sanctuary when life gets tough. I went to High School in Farmington, New Mexico, Navajo Prep. I love my parents and three younger sisters. They make me better everyday and view and respect the life of woman/females. ____________________________________________________________ ____________
The three things I fear:
1.) Losing my family in any way.
2.) Not being successful.
3.) Living/dying alone.
My career goals is to become a director and writer for film. I have over 30 projects persuing, creating, building, adding, evolving and reconstructing. I will not leave this world unless i've made a film. I wanna make films that will leave you in thought, move you emotionally and be entertained. Just to see my name on the silver screen-'Directed by Allistair McCray', it would read. My name will be known for that. It will be a strong name in that industry. One day, some day... soon. I'm currently residing in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Watching the city grow and growing with it. I'm gathering any resources i could in the film industry. It's coming here, Hollywood's second home. While that career is in motion, i'm currently working as a graphic designer and signs specialist. Also freelancing art work for small businesses and organizations. Getting involved with the art and local music scene as well. I surround myself with talented, ambitious, determined, yet, struggling artists in all areas. Very brave and strong minded people.
I'm very into music and musically inclined. I would like to persue a PERSONAL music career. What does that mean? Well, i wanna attempt to write and create music. I have my own tunes and guitar arrangements i want to record and add lyrics to. When times get tough, stressed or just plain boredom, i usually pick up the guitar and create. Just songs for myself but willing to share. I'm not planning to try and put out records and sell. Just for my own pleasure to share.
I have other things i would like to relive or revive in my life. Such as running. I was once a runner, a decent runner. I love everything about the sport. It taught me so much about my body and the strength/ability of the mind. It also showed me parts of the world. Traveling to places i would see in books, magazines, and movies. I've met so many great people through the sport. One day. Another thing i would like to attempt is art. I use to draw, sketch and TRY to paint. Things i may have lost but yet, wanting to relive those moments.
I will continue these goals and keep you updated. This site is to network and stay connected with old friends i rarely have time for. But i am interested in hearing about all your struggles and success.
