my name is isaac. i'm a short, little man with very distinct physical features. i don't like being around people very much, but there are a select few that i enjoy being with, when in the right mood. all in all, though, i prefer spending time alone listening to music, building LEGO, reading, watching films, drinking beer, or surfing online. i graduated magna cum laude in may 2009 from howard payne university with a bachelor of arts degree, majoring in radio/TV and minoring in psychology. i am a manager at a local media store called hastings, and i also work in production part-time at a local 100,000-watt christian radio station called 99.3 KPSM "the rock". i used to have a radio show called "thee rusted satellites show". it aired late night mondays from 11 to 2 on 91.7 FM KHPU brownwood during the spring 2008 semester, before they canceled my major and sold the radio station (bastards). i played instrumental post-rock, electronic, experimental, and other similar styles of music. i am married to a beautiful and interesting girl named siobhan and i try to be very attentive to her. i also have a fantastic little boy named elliott who i am trying my damnedest to raise well. politically, i'm very libertarian. i hate the nationalistic american way of life, and i do all i can to inform others of the lies and terror perpetrated by politicians, lawyers, businessmen, and the wealthy.
I'm a very driven person. I don't necessarily feel a need to succeed, but I just don't feel good giving things half of my effort. My life is full of so many simple little golden things that carry me through it, but if you don't have something to shoot at, you of course won't hit anything. Any plans I may have are all tentative, as I am more interested in finding out and subsequently being joyful in what God would have me do. I try to help others when I am able, but I find that I often lack the actual concern to back my advice to others. I believe that I am constantly learning throughout life, and I try to live with both strong opinions and an open mind.[email = [email protected]]

You Have Not Been Ruined by American Culture
You're nothing like the typical American. In fact, you may not be American at all.
You have a broad view of the world, and you're very well informed.
And while you certainly have been influenced by American culture (who hasn't?), it's not your primary influence.
You take a more global philosophy with your politics, taste, and life. And you're always expanding and revising what you believe.
