The next Meeting is 14th March 2008 and it's set to be awesome! Special Guest Graham Greene
This site is monitored by a single entity, and is checked and ammended every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
The Roleystone Musicians Club is a non-profit organisation, run for the benefit of those who like to play music. All kinds of music are welcome and the evenings are relaxed and friendly and run like an "open mic" night. It is particularly aimed at those who may be looking to meet other musicians or those who do not have the opportunity to play with others. There is no pressure to dazzle and it's OK to come along and watch until you feel comfortable enough to join in.
Costs are minimal (a small cover charge at the door) just to cover the cost of hire of equipment. A small vocal PA and a limited number of instruments and amplifiers are available to use at the venue. Attendees should bring their own instruments, especially drumsticks!
New local bands - come on down to the club play in front of a very supportive crowd of fellow musicians. You'll receive encouragement, advice and live performance experience. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, it is recommended that you contact RMC first (by email, if you like .. [email protected]) to confirm availability of time on the night of the meeting.
See you there
