Completely depends on the moment. Generally speaking I love anything musical. Lately it's been running more towards adult alternative (no I'm not old. :)) and lesbian folk rock.
And country.

I'm not big on TV. I would much rather read, or watch movies, or putter around on the computer or well...almost anything. But I do have a couple of shows I like, I loved The West Wing, and I enjoy Greys Anatomy. Oh, and Eureka on Sci Fi is great. Mostly I like anything that is smart funny.
