MySpace Generator “Misters of Sin”Association of two portuguese djs and producers.Rui V Ribeiro ( Ex member of Suria project) joined Ricardo Colaço Marques ( Dj Battousai ) putting together the misters of sin in June 2007.Their productions are making enormous success in several parties and Festivals in Portugal. Misters of sin is still a recent project, but the general opinion about their work is unanimous, considering it as excellent.This kind of recognition is making their expectations high, and their will to satisfy and enjoy their audience, and to put the dance floors and souls of this planet dancing at the rhythm of their music!:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Rui V Ribeiro was born at Julys 2 1981.His interest by electronic sound began in 1995. The commercial gender called his attention at first, but soon he changed his preferences and became a techno listener. In 1997 he had his first contact with psychedelic trance. Simultaneously his interest by the production area began growing. In the years of 2000 / 2001 Rui Ribeiro joined “Suria” – Frederic Gandara. They gave concerts and performed at highlight parties all over Portugal, in France and Brasil side by side with the biggest names of the world trance scene. Finally one year later their dream came true as they managed to produce their first album – Magnitude, edited by Magma Records ( Italy ) in 2002.Rui Ribeiro now joins another producer – Battousai - with a new project: Misters of sin. This project has a different style influenced by progressive house and electro with much less bpm`s but always with basslines and effects with trance references. . ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------- Battousai was born in Lisbon, and was a great music enthusiast from a very early age on. His passion for the Lisbon nightlife took him all over town to the trendiest of clubs, which essentially helped cultivate his particular interest in electronic music. His own collection of sounds were created with much help to his connections with DJs, sound technicians as well as event producers from festivals such as Yorn Sound System, Boom Festival, Freedom Festival and Iboga Label Party, amongst others. Finally after more than a decade, and struggling with his identity as a racecar driver, it was in 2005 that he began to appear in the Portuguese after-hours line-ups and in 2006 achieved general appreciation on the dance floors. Brazil, however, has become fundamental in the progression and success of his music by conquering his public through constant and emotive interaction and rigorous musical selection. After receiving an invitation to be part of the Dj’s OCTOPLAY agency he progressed and showed his work throughout 2006, which included a 4-month OCTOPLAY European Tour alongside Dj Diogo Delai and Dj Stefano Bianchi in countries like Portugal, Spain and Belgium. Ending 2006 back in Brazil, at Santa Catarina; he inaugurated the IBOGA LABEL PARTY’s dance floor playing with artist’s like Vedant, Perfect Stranger, Emok, Freq, Ace Ventura, Flowjob, and True 2 Nature, In Portugal also performed with many others names in many different parties like Freedom Festival . Beginning 2007, Ricardo (Battousai) set up a project with Frederico Gandara (SURIA) in electronic music production, specifically in electro house “Sandbeat”. In July of 2007 back in Portugal also started working with Rui V Ribeiro in a new project more progressive style "Misters of Sin". At the moment Battousai many people talk about his dj7, and assuming his progressive line with his favourite style in the dance floors he marks his own kick!myspace
