I have been studying the amazing dance style of Poppin' for 8 years. During this this I've had the oppurtunity to meet & learn from the poppin legends like Poppin Pete, Pop n'Taco, Skeeter Rabbit(RIP) and Boogaloo Sam. This has been an awesome experience and has giving me new opportunities, expanded my visions and has been a major tool in my personal development. My goal is to share this experience with as many young people as I possibly can! Through, what I call THE MECHANIKOOL MOVEMENT, i aim to teach this visually dynamic dance on a national scale. This is just my way of raising aspirations, improving racial harmony, building self confidence, promoting healthier lifestyles amongst young people......and who knows, maybe create potential ground breaking dancers!!! I wish to work with schools, youth agencies, dance troupes and just anybody who shares this vision!!
