About Me

Things are changing. People are changing. The only thing I can do to not lose my head is stay focused on the important things. Recently, those things were blurry, but are coming back into focus. I'm picking up the pieces of what I let crumble in the first place. I'm in the middle of a re-birth, and I want to find people worth sharing the new me with. My attitude towards life and people is slowly becoming what it once was. I'm tired of being pessimistic, of being negative towards people who haven't been negative towards me, and not seeing life for what it really is: The only one I ever get. Here are two of the big improvements I have made in my life recently:1.) I quit smoking. It's been almost three months, and I don't ever want to touch another cigarette. If I have the will power to quit, anyone does. If you want to quit, don't wait for an opportune time. There is no better time than the present. If you are going through a rough patch, now would be the perfect time to quit. If you quit while you are dealing with a lot of crap, it'll make you feel one thousand times better about yourself.2.) I'm working two jobs that I absolutely love. I have sacrificed better pay for a better mental state. If you don't like your job, put in your two weeks notice. You don't have to settle. Never think that where you are is where you'll stay. If you love painting, find yourself a nice job at a paint supply store. Even if it's just Porter Paints, it's one step closer to what you want. If you love music, go get a job at an indie record shop. If you love acting, check out the theater programs downtown. If you enjoy phone sex... well, I don't know where to point you to, but I'm sure someone does. Point in case: Stop being miserable with what you have, and start being happy with what you earn.

My Interests

Something that stimulates my emotions, whatever genre it may be.

Something witty or incredibly detailed.

Heroes:

The people who look past the brighter side of life to the brightest side of life.

My Blog

Weekend Update

Yeah, so the whole 'drinking every weekend at my place' bit is getting kinda old. I crave new and exciting interaction. Cleaning up after every party is just getting really annoying. I need a hiatus. ...
