Ales Smerdelj (lawyer/music manager/textwriter/music arranger/photographer) was born on 23th of june 1979 in Maribor/Slovenia. In the age of 24 he started to work as a independent music Agent, collaborated with different Bands and Performers. After a graduate on Faculty of law in Maribor, he associated in the V.I.P. Sound Music Project and also started to wrote his own lyrics in help of guideling his music collaboraters.
In 2005 he started paying more attention to one of his biggest hobbys and a spare-time-passion; photography. At first it was classical and digital photography, but then he found his largest »kick« in so colled mobile photography or in capturing moments with mobile camera a.k.a. camepraphone. On the same year he took part in photo competition, inspired by birds and invited by slovenian national mobile operator company Mobitel. He achieved a second place! Following the internet mobile photography competition in the 2006, organised by Gsmarena and inspired by newyears holidays, on wich participated ower thousand photographs from all over the word, he – with all three photos- succeed in the »Final 34«.
In 2007 he was selected to be one of the eleven finalists out of more then 1,7 thousand candidates to participated in the first slovenian Big Brother reallty show, played on private TV station Kanal A (»Channel A«). In september 2007 he organized first independence exibition of photographs, taken by mobile camera, in Slovenia (all photohraphs from this exibition you can see under this text in the black album frame).

********************Ze od malih nog sem rad skakal po luzah in opazoval oblake. Velikokrat pobegnem v naravo, kjer dam mozgane na off. Obozujem poletje in morje. Mojo poklicno pot je ze v mali soli zapecatil takratni otroski zobozdravnik, katerega sem parkarat zejnega peljal preko vode s tem, da mu nisem hotel odpreti ust. Rekel mi je; »Mali, ti moras bit odvetnik«. Ceprav sem bil zelo uspesen ucenec, mi je kronicna lenoba preprecevala prekomerno sedenje pri knjigah. Sem univerzitetni diplomirani pravnik in trenutno opravljam pripravnistvo. V zivljenju sem srecal veliko zanimivih ljudi, od katerih sem se marsikaj koristnega naucil. Ogromen pecat je name naredila moja babica, ki je bila izjemna persona. Vcasih si zelim, da bi bil rojen par desetletij prej, ko se svet ni bil tako izrojen, kot je danes. Ne maram ljudi, ki nimajo lastnih zivljenj in se morajo zato ukvarjajo s tujimi. Moja zvesta sopotnica skozi zivljenje je glasba, ki mi lepsa sleherni korak. Zraven kariere, zdravja, ljubezni in notranjega miru si zelim cim bolj uzivati in izkoristiti svoj cas. Zivljenje je enostavno prekratko, da bi se obremenjeval s cem drugim.My photos taken with mobilephone...
