A lifelong fan of Marilyn Monroe, my number one priority is to present her to audiences as accurately as possible, and with the utmost class and respect. It is a privelage and honor, to keep another's memory alive, and I want to show everyone what I truly adore about her. Marilyn was a truly elegant and intelligent woman with a wonderful sense of humor. Never crass or vulgar, my stage show appeals to people of age 5-105. Marilyn had an innocent sexuality about her that has been lost to the modern age. I am asked quite often if my performances will be suitable for children, and I have to think how unfortunate it is that she has been misunderstood all of these years. Therefore, it is our duty as tribute artists to present ourselves in a respectful and positive light to stop these myths!
I started this fan site because I think Jami is not only an amazing performer, she is an amazing person. I love the fact that she doesn't play Marilyn as the dumb blonde sex pot type. I have been a Marilyn fan all my life and when I first saw Jami perform, I knew that she was special. She is a lot like Marilyn in so many different ways. She is shy, yet so open to her fans. And trust me, they can be quite demanding. I escorted her through Hollywood as we were surrounded my hundreds of people wanting to get at her. Yet she never said no to one person who wanted a photo with her. She gets stopped constantly by people on the street who are struck by her beauty and presence. I really am not quite sure if she even realizes it. But to be a person on the outside watching her and the people around her snapping photos and just wanting to be near. She really touches people. I watch these fans walk away with such smiles on their faces. Again, I am not sure she even realizes how she touches people. It's the wierdest thing I have ever seen. I have read the same from people who knew Marilyn. That she just glowed and left people in awe. Jami is an amazing person. Once you meet her or see her perform, you will be a liflong fan.Lee Marshall
