Brazilian guitarist Washington Junior was born in Sao Paulo and started out by playing classical guitar at the age of 14.Influenced by guitarists such as Vinnie Moore and Tony MacAlpine, he grew up playing with local metal bands around the State.By the age of 23,he moved out to Florida/USA where he joined INHUMAN FORM band (Death metal).His "passion for classical music was remarkable in his technique" he says, since he's never attended music school. Junior, as called by friends,is currently on the lead guitar as well as writing new material with Gaia, a known South Florida ProgMetal band. "Every single day of my life is a written page of my story.By following my heart, i've taken the hardest path and lived with the consequences of my choices.There is a purpose for everything, and i just play with the cards i get...I believe in Jesus Christ, for i see Lucifer everywhere."
