I believe that we need to look ahead to the future. Improving education, access to health care, and our environment will improve the overall economy of Texas. In the long run, these improvements will benefit both the long-term, and short-term, future of our great state of Texas.
I have lived in Watauga, Texas, with my family, for the past ten years. The past eight years have been spent working for the Keller Independent School District, the last seven as a computer technician. Twenty years of retail management experience has taught me how to work
with all kinds of different people, which is greatly lacking in Austin today.
I believe that children are the key to Texas's future. I want to see my four children have better opportunities then I have had. If we, as a society, can improve our children's educational opportunities, health care options, and the air and water they breathe and drink, it will only lead to a better Texas for all of us.
