About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor - Image Hosting

Back in 1993 I had been composing a number of songs under the name Child of Chaos. The true Twice A Man fan might recognize not only musical influences in these songs, but also the name Child of Chaos, which is taken from the first three words of the Twice A Man song Tribal Ways (Slow Swirl album, 1985). A friend of mine who at the time was studying at the University of Linköping, asked me to use some songs for a photo exhibition she was preparing. Of course I accepted with joy, and composed some more songs, and also soundscapes inspired by the theme, namely industrial architecture in the city of Norrköping (my home town for 20 years and at the time). And here is the result of my efforts to put sound to these beautiful buildings; a 10 piece album called "Architecture in Grey". I hope you enjoy my music. All 10 songs will be avaible at MySpace, I will replace them from time to time.

The Architecture in Grey songs were created in 1993 with a very limited equipment:

- Ensoniq EPS sampler
- Yamaha digital multi effector REX50

The songs were recorded on PC hard disk and transferred to CD on the 26th and 27th of October 2003, after have not been played for almost ten years.

Child of Chaos has never really died, it has only been resting for some years. Maybe someday I will compose new songs and upload them.

Update 090820: All 10 tracks from Architecture in Grey is uploaded and available for listening and downloading.
