MARCELO DOS REIS. Is an artist with great talent in the music scene. Thanks to his extensive background in electronic music, his been able to establish himself a unique and fresh underground style.His interest in music began when he was just a kid watching his father running his club in Balneario Camboriu – Brazil... “I took few pots of my mom's kitchen and started with the noise" (he laughs)
When he moves to Washington DC in the mid 90's, the "Rave" phenomena caught all his attention, starting djing by the year 2000 with his friends turntables and a couple of Drum & Bass and Jungle vinyls, listening to all genres of electronic music his young ears were suddenly opened to the sounds of techno choosing as his strongest base...

In 2007, after years involved in the electronic music scene, he decides to move to miami where he began to mix more techno with minimal and was as well how he becomes in charge of [Dirty Gruv] Miami. “I had the great opportunity to take care of the minimal techno Miami scene with the task of keeping it alive booking big headliners dj/producers every month such as Skoozbot (minus Plus8), MarcAshken (Leftroom), Elon(Clink), Kyle Geiger(Drumcode), Tattoo Detectives(Teggno), Christopher Manik(Autist), Lunatik(Wreckless), Memek(minimoo) to name a few".
Marcelo has played in different elite venues like Parkwest, Nocturnal, Rehab, Pawnshop, Blue, Karu & Y Ultralounge and Studio A. He also featured in international events like, Teggno Beach in Puerto Rico at Costabar, Bacco in San Juan and Jet Dance Club in Cabo Rojo. He also featured in Winter Music Conference events with artist like Anderson Noise, Alex Bau, Drumcell, Nigel Richards, Paco Osuna, Alexi Delano, MarcAshken, Elon, Kyle Geiger, Exercise One, John Rundell, Tattoo Detectives, Carlo Lio, Steve Mulder, etc. 

Always moving the scene forward in new projects, Marcelo Dos Reis is trying to leave his mark on the electronic music scene.
