This site is dedicated primarily to fellow brothers and sisters of mixed Czech and Slovak origin but also to knedliky-eating, Pilsner-guzzling, starry-eyed "bohemians" of all nations who have ever come to visit and fall in love with our enchanting lands--from the idyllic ponds of South Bohemia to the majestic Vysoke Tatry, from the neo-Gothic spires of St. Vitus to the sprawling ruins of Spissky Hrad!We are not nostalgic for the old order (especially not for Communism), but we know that our beautiful peoples--Czechs and Slovaks--are inextricably bound over centuries by blood and family ties that weave seamlessly across arbitrary political borders. Maybe you call him Krtek, or maybe you call him Krtko--it's the same. No matter which side you're from, you know you have a teta or a dedo from the other side! Let's indulge in our commonalities!
