To those who do not know my “legal” name, it’s Perk Ad Caculitan. But,FYI... Perk Ad is an acronym made by my godmother…here’s my “factual” name! P-Placida (my Godmother's first name whose idea is this) E- Emerlinda (my Mom’s name) R- Raymundo (My middle name) K –Kinkito (My Godmother’s surname)A- Ann (My sister’s name) D- Dominador/ Dan (My Dad’s and Brother’s Name)It doesn’t end there. Why should my name be Perk (space) Ad, because P and A also stands for Puerto Azul (a beach resort in Cavite where spermy met eggy, hehe).Know what? If my brother were able to survive his delivery, my parents would have also named him…Adrian for AD (Ahhhh).I believe that, I am also… Perky…Energetic…Responsible…Kind…Active…Dependable I just love everything!I mean every single thing, about life. I believe that Life is all about doing, learning and enjoying.A lot of people don’t believe that I am a shy person; I tend to keep some things just within myself.
