Alex Brown aka â€Alley Al / A-town “ born in the city of Baltimore Maryland and raised in east Atlanta has seen the best of both worlds. Coming from East Baltimore where everyday and everything is about survival. The harsh picture of an inner city reality can be seen throughout some of his music. Then there’s the Atlanta glamorous nightlife felt and heard with his southern dialect and wordplay. Shot at his high school at the age of 17.Escaped Hurricane Katrina at 18 .Became a father to a beautiful baby girl at 19.The kid definitely has a story to tell. While living in New Orleans at college he won Free Style Friday Champion for the year. Opened campus spring break shows for artist such as Crime Mobb , New Orleans Most Wanted and Mike Jones just to name a few. He moved back to Baltimore after the hurricane for a fresh start. He began working with local artist such as Caddy Da Don, 100 Grand Man, Huli Shalone , Test Me and many more. His songs stayed in the top 20 countdown on Deep Flow Records internet radio station. Performing at local clubs and roc da mic competitions known to the city as A-town quickly began to have the streets buzzing. Right now at this current moment Alley Al / A-town is FOCUSED. Focused on becoming the best artist and entertainer to ever pick up a microphone.
