Inspired by Nikki Sixx’s courage to share the hardcore, raw reality of his addictions in his book The Heroin Diaries and the music by Sixx:AM, we felt there should be a place for others to share their stories and information.
The goal is to provide a space for you to share your story of addiction, what brought you to it, how you have been affected by other’s addiction, how you found help, your recovery, and/or what program worked for you. All of our paths our different, lets shed light on all of it. Let’s take away the stigma and the guilt, lets share what worked for us as individuals to overcome, in hopes that we can help someone in danger of knocking on the devil’s door, to re-think their CHOICE.
You may also choose to be anonymous and send your story and/or link to help or advice in a private message to be posted by us without your name. We fully understand the need for some to keep these tales private. Know that you have the freedom to share if you choose. We can provide a private email address if you feel more comfortable in sharing that way.A word of warning though, negative judgments of others will not be tolerated in the slightest and will be deleted and you will be blocked.
