I am here for Serious Relationships and Friends

About Me

.. Myspace Backgrounds I am a very genuine, decent, kind and smart woman. I am a fairly laid back girl, jeans, hoodie and flip flops type.

I like practicing yoga, vegging in my apartment, hanging out with my friends. The usual stuff. Penn State graduate.

I love my family and I am still Catholic, even though I consider myself a cafeteria Catholic. I think philosophy and religion go hand in hand, I love books, and I read a lot.

I was married at 24 but I was widowed at 32 without children. I live in a neat 100 year old Victorian house that used to be a dairy in small suburb of a city in Pennsylvania.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

An old Cherokee was teaching his grandchildren about life. He said to them, "A battle is raging inside me ... it is a terrible fight between two wolves. One wolf represents fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego. The other stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."The old man fixed the children with a firm stare. "This same fight is going on inside you, and inside every other person, too."They thought about it for a minute and then one child asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"The old Cherokee replied: "The one you feed."

Can I sing a little song here? Oooooooooooooh, the liquor was spilled on the bar room floor, And the bar was closed for the night, When out of the house came a little brown mouse, who sat in the pale moon light. Heeeeee lapped up the liquor on the bar room floor, back on his haunches he sat, And all night long, you could hear him roarrrrrrrrr... BRING ON THE GOSHDURN CAT!!!

It's been real.

He's gonna be trouble. I know, but he's so damn delicate.- Scrubs, Turk does the dance quote.

Psyche remind us that the integration of our experiences, however sad or frightening they may be, mature and transform us, like her symbol, the butterfly, emerging into the light from the darkness of the cocoon.

Three things in human life are important: the first is to be kind; the second is to be kind; and the third is to be kind.

Alright you Primitive Screwheads, listen up! You see this? This... is my boomstick! The twelve-gauge double-barreled Remington. S-Mart's top of the line. You can find this in the sporting goods department. That's right, this sweet baby was made in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Retails for about a hundred and nine, ninety five. It's got a walnut stock, cobalt blue steel, and a hair trigger. That's right. Shop smart. Shop S-Mart. You got that?

Everyone is a friend, until they prove otherwise.

Women wish to be loved not because they are pretty, or good, or well bred, or graceful, or intelligent, but because they are themselves.

Don't ever let anyone steal your dreams.

Doing what's right is no guarantee against misfortune.

Always know that God has a plan for you.

The first and worst of all frauds is to cheat oneself.

Most people think life sucks, and then you die. Not me. I beg to differ. I think life sucks, then you get cancer, then your dog dies, your wife leaves you, the cancer goes into remission, you get a new dog, you get remarried, you owe ten million dollars in medical bills but you work hard for thirty-five years and you pay it back and then -- one day -- you have a massive stroke, your whole right side is paralyzed, you have to limp along the streets and speak out of the left side of your mouth and drool but you go into rehabilitation and regain the power to walk and the power to talk and then -- one day -- you step off a curb at Sixty-seventh Street, and BANG you get hit by a city bus and then you die. Maybe.- Dennis Leary

The next best thing to being wise oneself is to live in a circle of those who are. - CS Lewis

Moving on, is a simple thing, what it leaves behind is hard.”

Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.
