I've been training in Tae Kwon Do since 1982.
I love it because it gives you a way to relax and stay fit.
I hope to have students that want to learn technique,
along with students that simply want exercise,
or stress relief, or just something different to do!
You cant begin this without soon loving the art!
Regardless of your fitness level
I will help you get to the next level.
Class is casual.
We wear black exercise pants and a t-shirt in a color that matches your belt rank, as opossed to belts.
Beginners wear a white shirt.
You will have opportunity for advancement to higher rank.
We have a lot of fun learning martial arts
while maintaining a respectful, disciplined atmosphere!
The class consists of people of all ages... women, men & kids!
