Hey world. This is Curtis Atkins Jr. aka Yung Kurt Da Hypeman. I represent that 910, Fayetteville North Carolina for those of u who dont know. I been makin beats since my sophomore year in high school, so im still a yung buck tryna come up in the game. I been involved in music since before I could remember. When I wuz younger i used to always beat on the table or anything that i could find. I later joined my churches band and played the drums. When I got to middle school, thats when i began to really get interested in music. in 5th grade I joined band and played the trombone. It was fun and all but it didnt take long for me to realize that i wanted to do percusssion. Ever since then ive been on the drums or xylophone or whatever percussion instrument was at hand. I can sight read and all that (drum music at least, i can read other stuff it takes me longer tho). Currently im in marching band at 71st high school. Im the snare section leader and co captain of the drumline, along with my D Phi L brothers Q-Rich and P~$had. I also am in chorus at 71st. (yeah I sing, but dont count on my singing for u, unless theres sumthin in it for me)I currently use Fruity Loops 4. I am hoping to upgrade soon to Acid or Reason. I am also learning how to DJ and how to mix on a console.Well thats my muzik history and what not, so I hope you enjoy my beats.
