Bane, the thrash metal band based in Manila, was formed back in 2000. After a series of adjustments from prior members, Bane found alliance in their current roster.To this day, Bane has wrought havoc to every gig they perform in. The influence of Bane varies from different sub genres of metal: thrash metal, speed metal,power metal,death metal and heavy metal. the results of all these influences can be heard and distinguished in the songs that Bane produces.
Bane (philippines,not U.S) is primarily influenced by Bay area thrash metal bands.However, we do not restrict ourselves from just one type of sound and influence. we take pride in listening and appreciating most, if not all forms of metal(thrash,death,black,speed,heavy,power,math,viking,etc). The thing about Bane is, each member has their own influence that we bring into our music. You could say that Bane's true sound is having all that we like and bringing them into the music we create.
