Connor Trinneer is from Walla Walla, Washington. He attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington. At PLU, he played college football until found acting. He graduated with his BFA in Acting. He is married and has a son.
He first performed in Arcadia at the Huntington Theater Company in Boston, and much of his work has been in theater. In recent years, he has had several guest-starring roles on television, including One Life to Live, Sliders and Touched By An Angel. He also had a important role in the TV adaptation of A.R. Gurney's play Far East. He played Commander Charles "Trip" Tucker III on Enterprise from 2001-2005.
After Enterprise was canceled, he began to guest-star in roles including an episode arc as the Wraith Michael in Stargate Atlantis.
