Brazos Brothers Band

The Brazos Brothers Band is a four piece band consisting of Rocky Randall on lead guitar, Jack Stephenson on rhythm guitar, Gene Scott on bass guitar and Steve Hardin drums. We all live in the Weatherford/Ft Worth, Texas area. The three guitar players share the vocal duties. All four members are 50+ years of age and have been playing together for several years. Rocky, Jack and Gene have played together at various times since the 70’s. Steve has played drums with a number of local and road bands since he was 14. Our musical experiences vary from college jazz band to country bands .
Our 4 hour (three set) performances include about 55% original songs with the rest covers of artists such as Eric Clapton to Tennessee Ernie Ford. Our original material varies from Adult Alternative Rock (no foul language), to River Bottom Blues.
Our first CD “Harmony Road”, released in 1999, is more of an eclectic listen with material ranging from Pop to Country. Our 2007 release “Chump Change” is the River Bottom Rock and Blues sound that we have at our performances. Both cd’s were recorded at Earl Musicks’ Rockhouse Studio in Ft Worth, TX and released under his Reload Record Company label. We have been occasionally performing in nightclubs the last three years in the Ft Worth/Granbury area and are currently seeking to expand to more frequent venues.
