This mindset was brought to this country in spades by the millions of immigrants from Poland, Eastern Europe, and points south, and it suits the mentality of the town (and me) to a "t." Fine examples of this are the Pirates' win over the New York Yankees in the 1960 World Series and Roethlisberger's tackle in the waning seconds of the second-round playoff game at Indianapolis during OUR Super Bowl run (there is no Steeler off-season). To those of you who do not know me, understand that I consider myself to be truth wrapped inside a riddle, buried in an enigma, to freely paraphrase Winston Churchill. If you understand that love of God, family (both real and adopted), chivalry, charm, and love of your country and that of your favorite other one, both lived-in and visited, you may get somewhat of an indication of what I am about.
