Reaction Magazine is the result of the vision and determination of M.L. Productions President CEO, Stephen "Q-Tip" . As a major player in the Kansas City music scene, producing and promoting shows since 2004, he is primed to fill the void of resources and outlets for independent/ unsigned hip-hop and R&B artists. Inspired by a slew of extremely talented artists in K.C. who have for some reason been overlooked, Steve decided to create a venue for the underground artists to be recognized and ultimately signed.

It covers what's new and who's hot in hip-hop, r&b, fashion, and urban culture.
