He used to rap all the time with his cousins in the car and on the bus riding back from High School football games with his friends. OJ came out with a few songs a year ago but they were just for humor, people liked it. So in early Feb 2008 was when he started to take his music seriously. Yet new to the music industry, OJ has already been mentored about the game. He's already had a little taste of fame by being contacted by a major label about his work, and knows what it takes to make it. His key to success is being Humble, With Hard Work & Dedication & also showing respect for who came before him. What sets him apart from most artists is that he sings & raps ! Currently OJ is in the works of completing his first mixtape titled "Six Figure Swag", which simply represents what he was offered for his hot single "Maybe It's The Swag". He gives upmost respect to local Saginaw producer B.Dixx, who gave him the chance no one else would to record. For his age, his flow & delivery is way ahead of his time. His lyrics can blow your mind..but he can switch it up and make your spine tingle with his shocking voice ! OJ says rapping is just his one of many forms of expression, He also is in school majoring fashion design preparing to form his own clothing line called E.L.I.T.E, and also working with his best friends on a line called Handsome Boy. OJ is the youngest of 5 brothers, and also the biggest lol. Having said that it's rare to find a guy his size with the swag and style of his, OJ thrives on fashion, clothing, and designing his own shoes. So whenever your in his presence, he has no choice but to stand out ! Choosing to wear bright, loud colors to represent himself. For his career there is no limit to where he can go. This summer OJ's plans are to pursue in his music, fashion, and also go to Beaverton, Oregon for a shoe designing internship Nike.
