KAY 9 (My Space Page Member Since 08-08-07) It's been a long time coming but I'm Back. Being one of the first female rappers in Memphis TN back during the underground rap scene, I can truly say "I'M SILL IN THE GAME". If you were a big 3-6 mafia fan back when they were called "Backyard Posse", you may remember songs from me such as Flaugin Ass Niggas DJ Paul Volume 14 (which later La Chat RE-MADE) and Chewing Ass Niggas DJ Paul Volume 12 PT. 2. After recording my second song with DJ Paul, unexpected tragedies start occuring in my life which forced me to put my career on hold. I also recorded with the late great DJ Fela (RIP Eric Burks), me and Gangsta Boo recorded a lot with DJ Fela back during the underground rap scene which songs were never released. Throughout the years I've done features with the legendary DJ Squeeky on The Legacy album, Criminal Manne's Playtime Over Album, Nasty Nardo Geto Star-Whatever is Clever- and Can't Stop Ballin Album, Mr. Sche and Alkapone The Showdown Album and Supa Star Album. I've also done songs with other various artists such as Skinny Pimp, Yung Kee, Mac E and many more. I've worked with other producers such as Drumma Boy of Drum Squad Productions, Young L.C. Sweat Da Tracs Productions, Jay Pee of Mene Faces, YUNG C (On Da Tracks), LIL LODY (On Da Tracks), MAGIC and Marcus 1(one). What's up to Dj Dino (I didn't forget you), Homicide, Playa Fly, Gangsat Blac, Bookie, Heavy, and all the old use to be 3-6 ex members, Tommy Wright, AMC, Blac Gotti (Carlos), Seven, 12 Gage, and the whole M-Town, Special thanks to DJ Lil Larry and Taz (107 Promoter), "Richy D" in Jackson, TN for playing me on the airways when my own home radio station (107) wouldn't play me and last but not least 47MOBB. Now getting back into my rap mode, Music is my PASSION, it's how I express my past and present situations, music is my everything, I write because its what I enjoy doing and during my adventure of my lyrics of my heart and my soul, I hope that my songs are inspirational, helpful and foremost Heard.
