About Me

Official BIO
Lost Hero started out as a three piece band in 2005, when 3 guys obsessed with music decided to start a band in highschool. With a female vocalist joining a couple months after the start, Lost Hero did a number of local shows, hailing out of Alphen a/d Rijn, The Netherlands. Starting out as a coverband doing alternative rock and (post-) grunge songs, there were some ideas for own material, but somehow these ideas weren’t pushed through.
At the end of August 2007, the vocalist left for personal reasons and due to differences in musical input the bassist left in the first months of 2007, leaving drummer/ backing vocalist Mathieu v.d. H and guitarist/ backing vocalist Django G. Due to a number of reasons Lost Hero went on hiatus. Months later the remaining members decided to pick up the pieces and started to write material of their own in 2007.
In 2008 playing, writing and recording became a more important matter. With no priority filling in the vacant seats in the band, the permanent members Mathieu vd. H. and Django G. are filling all musical and vocal duties theirselves.
In autumn 2009, both members parted ways.Django is currently working on his own material. The artist page will soon be up! His page is already in the TOP friends below. Make sure you add him and follow the progress!
