As a playground for the VIP crowd, Vice offers luxury and decadence, but this sister is selective. Entry is promised to only the lucky few with table reservations, celebrity status or good connections. Though access might be tricky, it's well worth a try because past the velvet ropes you'll find beautiful faces, sexy dancers and celebrities jamming to a mix of hip-hop rock, and 80's tunes, along with frequent celebrity DJ appearances.
