The story of Laney...
Right after my Mommy lost her sister Sadie Layne, she was very very sad. One day, about a week later, I showed up on her doorstep. She sat down to greet me and I nuzzled up to her immediately. It was instant love.
My Mommy feed me some food and gave me some water. She also made a nice bed for me on her front porch. She took some pictures of me and made a poster to take to the animal shelter. The next nite, I came back to see her. She taped a note to my collar to have my owner call her. No one ever called.
I visited my Mommy every nite for a week. Finally, she let me inside. And this is where I live now.
I am a very lovable kitty and I demand a lot of attention. I behave very well, although I am still learning "the rules." I can not scratch the furniture. I can not get up on the kitchen counter. But I can nuzzle up for some love.
I am very happy to have found my Mommy and I know she is grateful for me!! :)
I am sorry but I don't add humans unless I know you or you are one of my friends Mommies or Daddies!!! Thankies!! MUAH!!!I gots a MySpace Mommy and Daddy now too!! They adopted me on December 07, 2008!! They are the bestest Mommy and Daddy in the whole wide world!!! Their names are Peppers and Polo and I loves them soo much!! MUAH!!!
