Hailing from Ibadan, Nigeria, Recio Fanciullo (Fan-choo-lo) has been on the Twin Cities music scene since his adolescence in the mid 1990’s.
At age 11 Recio played keyboards at his home church, which was when music turned into a lifetime goal. In 1998 he formed a Hip-Hop group “The Prophetz†with three of his childhood friends. Performing at MN State Fair and other neighborhood events, Recio found his passion in performing live.
During 2001 Recio delved into other genres of music. With one other member of The Prophetz, he formed “Milk & Honey†an Inspirational Rock band. The experience allowed Recio the motivation to come to the place he is now. He has since featured with KPlexx, F.A.I.T.H., Joey ILO, and Traxx.
HE WHO HATH EARS... his first solo project released Oct 23rd 2007, featuring Aesop the Fables & D'Niis. This new compilation is a tell all of life experiences said through Hip Hop/Alternative music.
