Elizabeth Aldridge received her Bachelor’s of Music degree from Northwestern University, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Music degree at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Before beginning her studies at Rutgers, she lived and worked in Mexico City for five years. During her time there she was co-principal bassoon with La Orquesta Sinfonica Carlos Chavez, and was an active freelancer and chamber musician. She has performed with La Sinfonica Nacional de Mexico, La Orquesta de Camara de Bellas Artes, La Orquesta Sinfonica del Estado de Mexico, La Filharmonica de la Ciudad de Mexico, y La Qrquesta Sinfonica de Mineria. She is also on faculty at The Performing Arts Institute of Wyoming Seminary in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
