Starting from an ethno matrix, Hi Life Connection's productions range among hip hop, breakbeat, dub, house, asian, raggamuffin keeping the contamination of style and culture as its common denominator, always mixing technology and tradition. The music of 'Hi Life Connection' is characterized by the arrival of a great percussionist, Matteo Cancedda (Natty) playing congas, darabuka, tabla, didgeridoo, member of the 'Tour 2002 Feel Good Productions' and guest of the Momo on the stage of 'Arezzo Wave', and bass player Daniele Visca (Funkster), the Funk soul of the group. The voices emerging from these esoteric sonorities and ethnical rythms, and that 'Hi Life Connection' has by now made its own, are the ones of MC MA from Lodon (Vocalist, Mc), Omar Mrad, Mc Boomer and white Roses and other mc from SubLow Studio (London). All the productions are made in Hi Life Connection's studio by the producers Mignone Guido (Kush) and Michele Isnardi (Dj-B-ras) The sitar sound, by now a cult for entire generations, has turned, here, from a synthetized sound to the real one of Ryuichi Fujie.
