I tend to pick up new things a lot.
Well, this lists a little long.
This is a category I could get completely swept away with. I just love the feeling of being able to get lost in music
i love a lot of classic rock such as queen, the doors, pink floyd, the eagles, janis joplin,the clash, black sabbath, journey, and the list goes on.
however, i mainly listen to industrial, darkwave, goth, future-pop, electronic music, and a sprinkling of old-school alternative (the good stuff, not the junk we have out now). i barely ever listen to the radio because our mainstream music is absolutely terrible.
Some of the bands i like in no particular order are;
depeche mode,vnv nation, the cure, the cruxshadows, and one, covenant, wolfsheim, seabound, goldfrapp, client, rotersand, morrissey, new order, erasure, nirvana, orgy, the offspring, bush, incubus, mindless self indulgence, apoptygma berzerk, radiohead, brudershaft, tori amos, bella morte, you shriek, voltaire, garbage, icon of coil, rasputina, mindfield, razed in black, kmfdm, nine inch nails, alice in chains,and the list goes on but i have to stop or this section will be endless.

(yet another catagory i could get carried away with.) I have a ton of movies i like, but if i had to narrow it down;love actually and the nightmare before christmas would be two of the top. i also liked gypsy 83, hotel rowanda, the machinist, chicago, second hand lions, batman begins, kill bill volumes 1 & 2, walk on water, I also enjoy a lot of old movies like mallrats, the breakfast club, empire records, labyrinth, the lost boys, bram stokers dracula, the doors, the wall, the goonies, happy gilmore, and a lot more. i usually enjoy comedies the most though.
I don't have too many shows that i'm really into, i tend to get irratated with the television, but i like nip tuck, rescue me, the simpsons, and normally i hate reality television but i usually get into the apprentice. (must be the marketing major in me) I also enjoy a lot of british comedies(like black adder)
i try to read as much as possible but i don't have too many specific favorites, i do, however, enjoy series the most because i hate parting with a character that i absolutely adore at the end of a book.
i don't have one definite hero, however Martin Gore is a close first, but i'd have to say i respect anyone who's made great efforts in the world for the environment, equallity, and peace. i also respect and admire a large number of musicians, artists, and writers.
