FrIDge Project

About Me

MyGen Profile Generator Welcome to The FrIDge Project, a new non-profit-making non-political interactive wordsmith project. Which sounds complicated, but really isn’t. Inspired by an anonymous quote on a fridge door this project aims to bring thoughts, quotes, questions, answers, observations and lyrics into the public place so that anyone can access them. Anyone on their way to work, shopping or just killing time can read our work when they’re least expecting it. Manchester has been home to countless writers, artists and musicians who have found beauty, sadness, despair and energy on its streets. So the FrIDge Project now invites you to do the same. Submit your thoughts, quotes, lyrics or even just simple observations to be reproduced around the city in public places in an effort to connect with a wide range of people and ultimately free up our minds. The goal here is to stimulate and reach people who might not ordinarily find time to read these thoughts. So many people find inspiration in this city – be part of it. Wake up Manchester: the FrIDge has landed.- Alias, FrIDge Project manager

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Anyone with a thought in their head who wants to share it with the whole of Manchester. Submissions can be made under a pseudonym but should be original work. They should be short, but above all it must be something real, something felt. Just message the project to get your mind out there. Let’s have some fun.
