About Me

The Ivy was formed in the summer of 2007, and has been surrounded by hype and anticipation ever since. It's members comprised of former successful Arizona bands, The Ivy is a collaboration of artists with a variety of music tastes and influences. In a music scene dominated by screamo/hardcore acts, The Ivy strives to rise above the status quo with a pop punk influence masked with heavy guitars and harmonic vocals. While already sharing the stage with such acts as The Almost, Emery, Hawthorne Heights, The Color Fred, Envy On The Coast, Unwritten Law, The Higher, The Matches, and Sherwood, the band has only begun it's long life, and greater things can be expected from The Ivy with every passing day.
