About Me
Stolen Youth is best described as a 5 piece fast, hard Punk/Hordcore band reigning from Adelaide, South Australia. Stolen Youth formed in the year 2000, however didn't play their first show until late 2001. Since then Stolen Youth have been consistently playing shows building themselves a strong reputation in the music scene both locally and Australia wide.
Stolen Youth have always had a strong DIY ethic, which has reflected strongly throughout the bands history. The band has four releases, all through independent record label Two Bucks Records.

The latest release being the debut album “Unconscious In Orthodox†which was released in November 2006. The album contains 10 tracks and is the bands best work to date.
Some of Stolen Youth's main influences include bands like Propagandhi, Raised Fist, Good Riddance, Strike Anywhere, Mid Youth Crisis, Municipal Waste, Strung Out and many others.
Stolen Youth have also had the privilege of supporting international acts such as Good Riddance, Lagwagon, Ignite, Champion, Madball, Anti-Flag, Lawrence Arms, Suicide Machines, No Use For A Name, Comeback Kid, Avail, Millencolin, Limp Wrist, FC Five, The Bleeders, Rambo, Gorilla Biscuits and Propagandhi, as well as tours with Strike Anywhere, Me First and The Gimme Gimmes, Superman is Dead and punk legends NOFX. Stolen Youth has also had the privilege of playing a number of big shows, including: The Big Day Out 2006, Resist Records show case 2004, as well as headlining the annual Two Bucks Records showcase. In 2007 Stolen Youth made their way overseas to New Zealand for their first international shows. The tour was an overall success and the band in now ready for any other overseas exposure.
Stolen Youth is a politically driven band. This is reflected mainly through the bands lyrics. Through the years Stolen Youth have worked very hard at playing, with the band always puts on an energetic live show. As a result of this, Stolen Youth have managed to gain a lot of respect from a diverse crowd making them a strong driving force in the music scene Australia wide.
