About Me

Myspace Layouts at Pimp-My-Profile.com / Watermelon

So Here we go...I'm finally joining the masses with myspace. Really I'm just doing it so my friends and family can have a listen to what's coming down the road. It's all a work in progress. Where to start... I started playing guitar at age 13 and the rest is history. As Robbie Robertson put it, "it's all about the song", that crazy experience you get from starting with a small little riff or chord progression that builds on itself until it's really bigger than you. And then you hear your band play it and you realize the song is complete, belongs not only to you but to the rest of the world. And then it's time to start it all over again. Nothing is more beautiful than that. I've been in a bunch of bands and held a bunch of roles over the past 15 years, from blues rock jam, to simple singer/songwriter stuff. It's all part of an evolution, like a bottle of wine that ages and gets better over time. Whatever...you get the point. Well...take a look around an enjoy some of the new clips of songs I completed with some talened musicians in the Baltimore area as well as my old group Steelpetals in Kalamazoo. I'm now living in the fine state of South Carolina, Charleston to be exact. The weather is warm and palmettos fill the air with the ocean breeze. I could see myself staying here awhile.
