Jok’r Jok’r (is looking for a Drummer)

Jokr Jokr was conceived by Da Rod and D in May of 2007. Most of the songs were written on acoustic in D’s back yard under the moonlight. In July of 2007 Pappy brought his skin skills to the band, opening up a whole new depth to the sound and giving Jokr Jokr the rhythm foundation needed to transpose the songs to electric. In August of 2007, after a month of frustration searching for both a bass player and a missing element of diversity, J came along and completed the sound.Since our beginning we have written and performed all original songs and played with several local bands including Brace, Sadistic, Romanticide, State of Revision, Smother Mari, Tomorrow’s End, Hollow Pages, All Things Green and Grace Asylum. We have played at private party’s (Noah you kick ass!!) the CSCC Battle of the Bands, recorded by Mark at Legacy Productions as well as at local venues such as Club Fathom and Ziggy’s (we love you Noelle!!)
