I started DJing under the name Drazil in 1995 playing mostly Drum & Bass and house. I shortly thereafter moved to Seattle, Wa. where I hooked up with the A.T.O.I. guys and started playing outdoor full moon parties in the mountains. By then I was doing the tech-house and hard techno thing, while still hanging on to my Drum & Bass/Jungle roots for the indoor events. By 1998, I had moved even deeper into the techno culture but reviving my love of house music. In 1999, I co-wrote/produced Hydrogenated Funk with Jacob London on Eathouse Recordings which was a sub-label of Carlos Miguel's Eatknowledge techno label. Soon after, I moved back to Tampa where the sun shines pretty much all year and hooked up with my old friend and fellow DJ Matty. We had a pretty sweet monday night at Mangrove's in 2000 for a year or so, then not long after that, I went on hiatus (too much rock star-like partying, I suppose) and pretty much dropped off the face of the earth. I'm back into the production end of things and who knows, might even start throwing down some vinyl again.
