The motto "Pengetahuan Suloh Hidup" reads in Malay, the National Language of Singapore, to mean in English "Knowledge the Torch of Life"...The open book symbolises knowledge -- the key to progress as represented by the two arrows...The lion symbolises courage, strength and character...The school colours of beige and brown are in the background...The message of the badge therefore is that all Dunman pupils at the end of their school career should leave the school imbibed with wide knowledge and fine character...Our Philosophy...
