About Me

exZAKKed debuted on Halloween night 2007 as America's only Black Label Society Tribute band with a gig in our hometown, Brooklyn NY!!! With Zakk Wylde constantly on tour with Ozzy and BLS, hardcore fans who bleed black needed to hear Zakk's music live...now they have a band bringing it exZAKKedly the way it should be played.....exZAKKed!!!
Previously known as "The Paul" former Dirty Mother Nation lead guitarist "Z-Paul" brings Zakk Wylde's persona and extraordinary playing ability to life. "Z" joined forces with bassist/photographer Michele Mills & her hubby, drummer Anthony "The Animal" Felice after 2 years of being acquainted in the Brooklyn metal scene. After the brake up of Michele & Anthony's band in spring 2007, they got together for a few friendly jams. Paul initially was looking to get a Sabbath cover band together... that's until Michelle mentioned that she loves BLS & exZAKKed got rolling! Bringing Black Label Society's music to the masses.
Evil Bill was found and claimed as Z's "Evil Twin" shortly after (through a myspace add of course). The man bleeds Black Label so much that he treks from CT to Brooklyn & beyond to play with the band...that's SDMF personified!!! Rounding out the brood is our BLS brother....Big "FUCKIN" Lou! Biggie provides the alcohol fueled brewtality that exZAKKed delivers everytime we hit the stage.
