About Maaikee
Maaikee started taking ballet classes at age 18 mos. and at age 25 mos. she had her first theater show "THE LITTLE MERMAID" as the starfish..."BEAUTY AND THE BEAST" as the bluebird (age 4)..."THE NUTCRACKER" as the angel (age 6) performed together with the "AMERICAN BALLET THEATER"..."PETER PAN" as the butterfly (age 6)...Because of her love in theater she joined the Drama Club...on her first year as a member she got the principal part as the Toad in "A Year with Frog and Toad (4th gr @ age 9)..."SCHOOL HOUSE ROCK LIVE JR." principal as Dori (5th gr @ age 10)...As a kid she loves listening to the songs of Regine Velasquez and her favorite song was "You Are My Song"...becase of her love and passion in music at the age of 4 1/2 she started taking private voice and vocal coaching...she also took piano lessons and continues to play until now and competes and is a member of International Piano Guild...she also went to take acting classes with Commercial Casting Director Pamela Campus...The SHOWCASE ACADEMY OF THE PERFORMING ARTS...and presently at THE HOLLYWOOD SCHOOL OF POP ACADEMY...she also plays guitar and violin and is a member of the ALL HONORS DISTRICT ORCHESTRA and performs at concerts...no matter how busy her schedules were, she still manages to be A GATE and HONOR STUDENT...she competes in quiz bees in Southern California like SPELLING and MATH which she recently won 3rd place for SoCal 5th Grade Division...
