My Alibi transforms into Ember Burning

About Me

My Alibi began in 2005 and ended in 2009. My Alibi played with Otep, Black label Society, and done direct support for Hurt. My Alibi also played, metal fest 2005 Gigantour, (Headliners Megadeath and Dream Theater). Afterwards the Shepherd Express reviewed them as very similar to Evanescence and the Onion reviewed them as a newer, harder version of Siouxie and the banshees. In the summer of 2006, My Alibi went to the East Coast to play Locobazooka, a popular metal fest of the east coast held in MA, (Headliners Alice in Chains and Wicked Wisdom). My Alibi grew from its original, slower singer songwriter roots into having a faster paced, hard rock tool influenced edge. My Alibi made an impact on the local scene, playing local bars, clubs and fests. My Alibi is characterized as a heavy, dark, piano and bass driven, melodic female fronted rock band.
