The Valley Animal Center's mission is to control the pet population in the Central Valley through spaying/neutering, adoptions, and educational programs. We are a no-kill shelter and low-cost spay/neuter clinic located in Fresno. In order to achieve our mission, the California Feline Foundation has constructed the Valley Animal Center, a no-kill cat and dog shelter featuring separate adoption centers for cats and dogs, spacious rooms with inside/outside runs to allow animals to roam freely, an education center, a low-cost spay/neuter/vaccination clinic, training/exercise yards, and a perpetual care sanctuary for those animals who will live out their lives in our care.
