About Me

I find solace in cheap paperback books and pinball. Active art photographer, sometimes journalist, lost boy, cook, film enthusiast (my first degree), magazine hound, camper/hiker, dog and cat living-in-sin owner. I am looking for purpose and a winning lottery ticket.

My sites (and no, not the kind like when you get a friend request from a hot stranger on myspace):
1. Seen and Heard - Blogspot
2. Ongoing Photostream on Flickr
3. Caution Children Essays - Livejournal
and of course, 4. brianjacobson.com

My Interests

Old things. New Things. Photography. Coffee and Cigarettes.

Everything. Nothing.
Putting stickers of Milwaukee establishments on the back of my car's windows to make it look like a rally car

I'd like to meet:

a roving gang of miscreants, misanthropes, and misbehaving misses and misters. At least five of them to send cryptic myspace comments back and forth.

Layout Created at KillerKiwi.net

Music:

Killers. Junior Brown. Dark Horse Project. Ok Go. Pretty much anything that plays at the Cactus Club ends up in my myspace "friends".

Television:

Heroes. Battlestar Galactica. Top Chef. Mr. Meaty and Ahh, Ooh, and You.

I have a membership at a snap fitness. It's a good thing, open 24/7 and affordable -- I can leave at any time. I also opted for the $15/month tanning bed option. Why? Am I vain and want to look bronze...
